I am looking to add the right video editor to my Travel YouTube channel team for freelance work. $75 a completed video-- I'll be hands-on producing each video so you're not editing blind.
Who I am:
I have a background as a movie trailer producer in Los Angeles and recently made the jump into being a full-time blogger/vlogger/YouTube creator.
I have extensive experience working for big clients (Disney, Paramount, Warner Bros., Google, Brita), and now need help getting my own YouTube channel up and running on the right track.
Who you are:
A confident video editor who wants to cut their professional teeth with a YouTube channel.
Premiere Pro required. After Effects and Photoshop experience a plus.
Eventually, maybe research and script writing if that's something you're interested in too.
Ideally, I find someone who I can have an ongoing business relationship with and who will edit my videos week over week. This won't be a staff job, but I have enough video editing projects to keep someone busy for a while.
If you're a experienced and advanced video editor, this rate will be too low. The right person for this job is trying to build their resume. I'm looking for someone who I can help develop into a top-notch video editor, starting with my brand. I have extensive experience leading post production teams at post-houses and creative agencies in Los Angeles, so I'll help you get there the best I can.
I need someone who:
1. Wants to continue learning and getting better at their craft
2. Meshes well with my YouTube channel's vision
I'm still trying to define the voice and brand, so the right person will continue to add their personal style to the existing format that is set up.
