We're seeking a web developer with experience working with the ZenDesk platform. Our events business in Australia is looking to redevelop our current Customer Service help center and FAQ page to assist with customers seeking to self-service common questions. We'd like to make the page more user friendly and visually appealing.
The role will require both platform customization to better match the look and feel of the event as well as some content support in loading in relevant FAQs.
We like the current set up that another company uses here in Australia, who also use Zendesk. Their help centre can be found here: https://support.hellofresh.com.au/hc/en-us. Their FAQ questions flow nicely and maneuvering around the page is easy, which is what we'd like to develop for our page.
We anticipate this job to take no more than 20 hours.
