I am looking for someone who can consistently cover the NBA schedule and break down each game from a Daily Fantasy Sports standpoint. Here's an example:
"Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving weekend and are ready to get back to normal for a few weeks. We have 8 games on tap for us and a ton of those games may have injury news before lock. It’s going to be very important to stay on top of the news as it could definitely have an impact on your lineups.
Orlando Magic at Indiana Pacers -4: Total 219
This should be one of the higher scoring games on the night. The biggest news on this game is whether or not Victor Oladipo will play. He has a bruised right knee and is questionable for tonight. If he plays, he is a very nice option at shooting guard, if he’s out, Lance Stevenson will likely start again and be a fantastic value play. Darren Collison, Thad Young, and Miles Turner are all in good spots tonight as well with Bojan Bogdanovic being a decent GPP option. The Magic are 28th against point guards and 29th against shooting guards so I will want exposure to the back court of the Pacers. For the Magic, my main interest is with Aaron Gordon and Nikola Vucevic. Both guys are cash game playable and could also be used in GPP’s as well. The Pacers rank 27th against power forwards and 29th against centers. Jonathan Isaac is not going to play tonight so we could see a few more minutes for Gordon. I also have some GPP interest in Elfrid Payton. He’s too inconsistent for cash games but he could put up some fantasy points if he gets close to 30 minutes tonight. I’m not too high on Evan Fournier as he has seen his production take a huge hit with the return of Payton.
Cleveland Cavaliers at Philadelphia 76ers -2.5: Total 224.5
It looks like trusting the process is working for the 76ers. They are only a half game back from the Cavs for 3rd in the east and are actually a small favorite tonight. The Cavs come into this one winners of 7 straight. LeBron James is the obvious play for both cash and tournaments but he is very expensive. Kevin Love has a good matchup against the 27th ranked defense against centers. He is another good reason the Cavs have won 7 straight and has really stepped up his game lately. Jae Crowder, Dwayne Wade, and JR Smith get you cheaper exposure to this game and are all tournament options but not as safe for cash games. For the 6ers Joel Embiid should be able to do whatever he wants against Kevin Love or whoever else the Cavs put on him. Ben Simmons should return tonight and is in a fantastic spot. The Cavs rank 25th against point guards which is where Simmons spends most of his time despite FanDuel having him listed as a power forward. JJ Redick and Dario Saric are also in decent spots tonight and are the cheaper exposure to the 76ers side of things. TJ McConnell is a GPP option if you want more exposure to that horrible PG defense for the Cavs.
Detroit Pistons at Boston Celtics -6.5: Total 200
The Celtics and Pistons are 1-2 in the east and I think this is going to be a pretty good game, but not for fantasy purposes. Both teams play good defense and with all the expected high scoring games on the slate I will be fading this one. If you do want to play someone from this one we do have an Avery Bradley revenge narrative if you are into that, and Kyrie Irving can go off on any given night. Those are the two I would consider in this one.
Portland Trail Blazers at New York Knicks PK: Total 204
The Knicks were the spot for fantasy value Saturday night with both Kristaps Porzingis and Enes Kanter sitting that one out which lead to huge games for Michael Beasley and Kyle O’Quinn. KP is supposed to be back tonight and is in play in all formats. Kanter is also expected back tonight but is in a tough matchup with the Blazers ranking 4th against centers. Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum are the two Blazers who I like tonight which shouldn’t be a surprise. They are the center of the Blazer offense and the Knicks are pretty bad at defensing opposing guards. Keep an eye on the starters for the Blazers. Pat Connaughton got the start the other night over Maurice Harkless and had a very solid game scoring 30.3 FDP’s in 36 minutes against the Wizards. If he starts again he becomes a must play for me in cash games at only $3,400 in FanDuel...."
