I need someone to help with the administrative back-end work of my Real Estate business. You do not need a Real Estate License for the tasks but some understanding of Real Estate sales is helpful. A list of possible duties are below, not all will need to be completed each week.
The real estate world, changes and can bring a different task every day.
Duties may include;
-Assist me in developing a better lead capture/retention system.
-Coordinate mail flow by scheduling and tracking direct mailings to prospects and past clients.
-Database maintenance and upkeep
-Send out a post closing survey.
-Proofreading materials including advertising copy, personal letters, direct mail promotions and online content.
-Ghost write social media posts, flyers, postcards-- as needed.
-Calendar management: Assist in coordinating appointments for open houses, listing presentations, showings meetings.
-Contracts management (limited)
-Assist in developing systems to improve operational efficiency.
-Prepare brochures, flyers and postcards for properties.
-Prepare Home anniversary & birthday correspondence
-Follow up with buyers on credit repair or qualifying issues.
Graphics/Adobe experience a plus. Social media experience a plus.
Expected start date: March 1.
Anticipated average work hours to be 15-20 hours every 2 weeks, and increase as business grows. During the peak selling season [March, April, May, June & July], more hours likely.
