We have developed a tool in Excel that we use with our clients to help them calculate their cost per hire. We would like to transfer this tool from Excel to our (wordpress) website. Clients would click a button on our existing website for a “Cost Per Hire Calculator” where they will login with their personal credentials to interact with this calculator online. Screenshots of the calculator in Excel are attached to this job posting.
Users of the online tool will need to have the option to select the fields that are relevant to them. They should be able to skip or hide any unneeded fields. The final result should be a detailed cost-per-hire calculation based off of the client's input. Costs are divided into three types - hourly, per job, and fixed/overhead. Calculations will be required to spread these costs across the client's reported job openings. Non-cost factors such as diversity and speed will also be measured.
To apply for this position, please tell us about your experience creating interactive web forms, particularly those involving calculations. Our goal is to create a calculator tool that works perfectly but also looks great. To that end, our ideal designer for this project will have the analytical skills to fully understand the calculations required and will also have a keen eye for design.
