We are a pest control company and have a network of individuals that work from home and handle correspondence with our customers. We are looking for a new person who has the following characteristics:
1. Must be comfortable on the phone.
2. Must be clear with no hard accents.
3. Must follow directions.
4. Past phone support or sales is Great! (Please let us know your experience)
5. Have a quiet working area that has no background noises such as (Trains, planes, cars, animals, livestock and children and any other extreme forms of noise)

Our business is going into its 5th year, we are building stronger everyday and we have been growing. We pride ourselves on trying to offer our customers the best experience possible and we work with our team to make sure everyone involved is on the same page. We have had people grow with us as a company and are looking for that special person who can grow with us as well.
The role we are looking to fill will be someone handling inbound calls of customers who need assistance and pricing further sales questions.
In order for all of us to succeed together as a team we provide a 2 week minimum wage payed trial period where you will receive further instructions and directions pertaining to your new role. We appreciate your time so we compensate you for that, its also an investment from our side financially and time to find the person fit for our company.
This position is for a full time basis.
9-5 EST M-F If you are flexible with your schedule (willing to work more hours or days) Please let us know!
