eVenues.com is a website that provides listings of meeting rooms, conference spaces, event venues, and unique spaces like yoga studios and dojo's rentable by the hour. Users can visit the website and sort and search through our listings by themselves but we also wanted to create a written venue guide for each city so that users who would prefer to read a guide rather than sort through our listings can have that options.
We have already created a venue guide for Seattle: http://www.evenues.com/event-planning-guide/seattle-venue-guide
My advice for the writer of the Los Angeles version of the guide would be to go through our Los Angeles listings: http://www.evenues.com/Meeting-Spaces/Los%20Angeles/California and do their best to copy the format of the Seattle venue guide.
The basic format would be:
1. Types of meetings in Los Angeles
a. Meeting type 1
b. Meeting type 2
c. Meeting type 3
2. Meetings by location in Los Angeles
a. Meetings near location A
b. Meetings near location B
ALSO: Check out unique Los Angeles spaces.
Obviously Seattle and LA will have different types of venues so the format won't necessarily be the same. Just make sure that you mention some of the best venues you see in the Los Angeles listings. Please be sure to include hyperlinks to the venue pages that you mention in the post.
If we're happy with the LA version, we'd be happy to enlist your help for other cities as well.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
