We need a small software that can record and process customer orders, report on order’s status and maintain stock record.
Following modules are required:
• Customer Record
• Sales Management and Order Tracking:
o Order through order form
o Invoice through order form
o Delivery through order form
• Accounts Receivable
• Items and Services
• Stock Management
Following Forms will be used in process:
• Order Form (of the specific format as per attached file)
• Receipts Form (of specific format as per attached file)
• Stock Adjustment +/-

• In relation to customer record maintained and tracked and entered on voucher, mobile number is of as significance as the name of customer. Thus both must be usable where required.
• 3 buttons for search mentioned on the Order form should be usable to open the specific order the user is willing to look for. Depending upon what search info he has (could be customer mobile number, customer name, order reference). When user click search button by entering the detail for the field, software shows him list of filtered orders accordingly, amongst which he chooses to open by selecting.
• User has very specific requirement about how to shift from field to field without using keyboard. Thus some accessibility customizations will be required too.
The final work should be submitted along with the source codes.
