We are looking to hire a social media expert, on a monthly retainer service contract, to manage and execute our organic Linkedin media campaigns. We would be running exclusively on Linkedin, and hence looking to hire somebody with extensive Linkedin social media experience from a B2B perspective.
We already have a Linkedin strategy, and know our target audience.
We are looking at somebody who can execute the following tasks:
a) Conceptualising our Linkedin organic campaigns - including purpose, post frequency and activities to achieve goals e.g. raise brand awareness, building following & engagement, drive website traffic etc
b) Manage, create and publish original, high quality content, including text/designs/graphics/anything else. To start with, we are looking at around 3-5 posts/week. This would include mostly fresh but some repeat postings.
c) Come up with new campaign ideas
d) Grow the follower size from 4481 followers as of April 2021. We need to grow the relevant followers in specific markets.
e) Increase the engagement of the relevant audience in tangible ways
f) Utilise leadership team's passion by using their pictures, videos and articles to create a better visibility of the brand
g) have a plan to leverage global network of Acrotrend employees to becomes Acrotrend's biggest advocate on LinkedIn
h) Have monthly review meeting with the leadership team and present a monthly plan for the next month of social media
