Looking for someone who has AMAZING organizational skills and has realy good Excel skills.
You will be directly responsible for managing data that is coming on a daily basis and managing the campaigns that they are getting marketed.
You will help develop a marketing strategy that fits with various revenue goals.
You will be responsible for Dropbox sync of all data files on a daily basis and then formatting them correctly. During the formatting, you'll need to use many Vlookup's and other Excel functions. You will need to demonstrate a strong knowledge of Excel. Macros are a huge plus if you're able to complete them. With your application, please make sure to attach a sample of an Excel file that you have worked on. Failure to do so will result in immediate rejection of your application without even reviewing it. You also must title your first message with "Do Work" so I can see that you've actually read this whole description and can follow instructions.
After getting the data formatted correctly, you'll be responsible for changing DNS on various domains so that the campaigns can be tracked appropriately. On a daily basis, you'll need to change out the DIDs that we are using for these campaigns as well. Once the campaign starts, you'll need to manage the revenue and costs associated with each send to determine the best offers to send at various times.
Previous campaign management experience is a plus. Excel experience is also a plus. Managing expenses and revenue is a big plus. You must be able to overlap at least 3 hours during the PST timezone. This is a FULL TIME job and you must be able to take instruction and ask questions if you don't understand. Questions are welcome.
