We need reinforced concrete shell, masonry, and rebar takeoffs. This is a (2) level structure you need to separate all 1st level and 2nd level items (elevated slabs and parapet walls). Also please pay special attention to architectural drawings, Cover Page, and 3-D views, as references to help you visualize all the components in the structural plans. Finally, please pickup the any site retaining walls found on the civil or structural drawings, but none may be required.
All work must be done in pdf takeoffs software, showing individual colored sheets with items and quantities and each page must show foundations, SOG, columns, beams, walls, elevated slabs, terraces, balconies, staircases, CMU masonry, parapet walls, and misc. metal columns & beams as shown on plans.
