I need someone to help me customize my Microsoft CRM out of the box. I need someone who can hear what I am looking for and then build that process into the system. I also need someone who can program the workflows and help me identify how to track goals, activities and other metrics specific to my business. I am not sure if Outlook and CRM are really the best fit for my needs.

Can outlook emails trigger actions / workflows in CRM?
Can they do so without the CRM tracking token showing in each subject line?
Can they trigger from emails to specific clients?
Is there a way to connect to constant contact to trigger workflows?
Can we track phone calls from windows based cell phones?
Is there a way to create contact records form emails that trigger workflows that trigger the user to contact?
