I need an app that is in Java (or .net at the minimum) that is an example of how to connect a 3rd party server (java or .net) to an exchange 2013 server, for bulk calendar sync

#1 requirement is that the server must not store the user's U/P

Example flow:
Web page asks for the user's U/P and exchange server URL.
The server uses the U/P one time to authenticate to the exchange server and get a token (oauth / kerberos / ????) so that the U/P is never used again (and so the server can expire the token without the user having to change their U/P).

Once the user has been authenticated, the server can sync all the calendar data for all users in a batch (at night for example).

Requirement:  Write a sample app, with documentation on how to use it and what needs to be done (if anything) on the exchange server to allow bulk server syncs of exchange calendar information via some authentication besides the user's plaintext U/P.
