Responsibilities:
• Develop and distribute testing builds for lower environment Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Deploy production Android and iOS builds to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Responsible for converting requirements to design, develop, and implementation of web application systems using the department development methodologies and agency security guidelines
• Manages own workload by planning/organizing to meet deadlines and accomplishes objectives while maintaining the department quality standards
• Troubleshooting and debugging application code and responding to modification requests
• Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills
• Works directly with other technical resources and business units to translate business requirements into system specifications
• Estimate the time for completion of tasks assigned and update Project management as necessary
• Proactively solves complex problems
• Develops new applications to meet functional and technical designs
• Fixes and develop changes to applications to meet functional and technical designs following best practices and development standards and guidelines
• Supports production systems; analyzes and resolves production problems in a timely manner; resolves end user service requests as assigned
• Completes unit and system test application changes to ensure quality of work
• Engages with business analysts to understand functional requirements, and contributes to completion of functional specifications
• Prepares technical documentation on application specifications
• Creates deliverables according to the Software Development Lifecycle such as functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 or more years of programming and analysis experience (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience with Visual Studio 2015 and above
• 3-5 years of experience with Xamarin Forms 2.5 and above
• 3-5 years of experience with plugins like Xcode and Scandint software
• 3-5 years of experience with C# code and N tier application
• 3-5 years of experience with creating mobile application both for IOS and Android
• 3-5 years of experience with creating Web API, restful service
• 3-5 years of experience with SQL and Oracle database (tables, scripts, etc.)
• 3-5 years of experience with code deployment from Microsoft App Center
• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2017 and above
• Familiar with TFS code repository and GIT
• Familiar with TFS build and release
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
