We are looking for a highly motivated administrative staff to work from home through oDesk to perform the following duties:
Email clients / Call clients for reference checks
Match skills to jobs
Trainable and fast learner
Good written and spoken English. English as a first language
Good computer skills and competent using all major social media networks
Excellent follow through
Creative with business ideas, can think outside the box,
Self motivated, can work to meet deadlines
Telemarketing experience, a plus but not necessary (but the candidate should have a good speaking voice and ability to make and handle telephone conversations with clients)
Recruitment Experience a plus, but not necessary
SEO knowledge a plus
You must be able to work for us full-time during Australian Business hours, Monday - Saturday, via oDesk.
