Hi, I've got a 4 column MySQL database table with just under 2,000 rows. The columns are: Start point, Destination, Price 1-3 passengers, Price 4-6 passengers.

The prices in columns 3 and 4 vary widely determined on the information of each row's columns 1 & 2, and increase en mass occasionally - like now.

I need a script/syntax command that will increment each row in the whole column by a set amount, so column 3 prices need to increase by 5, column 4 prices need to increase by 10, irrespective of what the individual row price is.

Ideally I would love the instructions and the MySQL syntax that will achieve this, so that I can perform the function myself now and in the future as required.

I suspect that for someone proficient with MySQL and PHPMyAdmin this is an easy enough task to write up - if you are such a person, I am interested in a Fixed Price quote from you to both write the data manipulation statement and provide a brief written instruction on its use.

To clarify:

Column 3 contains various numbers (no dollar sign), which need to all be updated by an increment of 5, regardless of the number in each row.

Column 4 is the same, but the increment is 10 instead of 5.

Please request further clarification if required.

Thanks :)
