From the Dutch Knowledge Center we are looking for a Danish-speaking person who can pick up Info requests for information generated in Denmark. In the Netherlands we have been registering requests for information about Business Software since 2008, what we actually do is the following: A request comes in, we call this person back and work the request out in more detail, link it to a number of software solutions and pass this information on to the person. Note, this is not a sales conversation / phone call, it is only helping with the inventorisation of the question. We also do this in Denmark (see for example: crm.softwarenavigator.dk) and we would like to have these requests picked up by you. The good thing about this job is that you can do it part time, next to your study/other work, and you can select when you wanna do it. When an inquiry comes in, you have approx three days to response (to be honest, the sooner the better). You can work from home, as long as the phone connection is good and no environment noise. The task is not technical in nature but more business like, so a little more in-depth about what one is looking for. It can grow into half a day to one day per week of work but if you want it can be more. What we are looking for is:
Someone who likes to call
Someone who likes to help an applicant a bit further with the mapping of the application
Someone with flexibility to work on this for half a day to a day a week
We want to start as soon as possible.
