Our customer service phone rep is responsible for answering inbound calls from customers shopping our websites, respond to customer service emails as well as interact with customers via live chat.
You will answer product questions and assist existing customers with any service needs. This position requires experience with phone support or phone sales as it is an advanced, busy role that requires self-management.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations who supervises all customer service matters. We have a web based phone system that makes remote work possible.
Our ecommerce stores specialize in percussion musical instruments (hand drums, drum sets, cymbals). You should know the difference between a rope tuned and key tuned djembe, the various brands of cajon drums, ins and outs of drum sets and the different types of cymbals.
Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

Various administrative tasks related to customer service, order fulfillment and online product maintenance.
