Use transaction details information in Docusign to trigger an automated email to be sent out to real estate agents based on the information they submit in a new transaction in Docusign.
Hi, I am a real estate broker using Docusign Transaction Rooms. I want the Docusign transaction details from any new transaction to be sent to a Google spreadsheet. I know it is possible to send transaction details from Docusign to another application because Docusign offers an integration with Lone Wolf does just that.
My goal is to use the transaction details information to send an automated email to my real estate agents based on what information the input to transaction details in Docusign.
Question:Is this a multifamily property?
Since the agent answered yes to this question I need them to receive the automated email.
The only way that i know to make it work is to have the transaction details sent from Docusign to a google excel speadsheet from which I can automate an email to be sent out when a new row (such as the "Is this a multifamily property?" row) is added. Therefore I need help getting my Docusign account to automatically send transaction details to the google excel spreadsheet whenever a new transaction is created..
