I am looking for someone who has experience and is passionate about keeping things in order. Even though I like order, I am not good at keeping myself accountable for it. I am more the creative type and can easily create a lot of chaos. I have a good understanding how I want my accounts to look like when I am done, but I just cant get there.
What I need:
1. A person who will hold me accountable and keeps the rhythm: Accountability is key as i need to set up a system that works with multiple accounts and everything is kept in flow (Eg. one business account, one cash account, one account for fix costs and tax, and one for saving and investing). The idea is clear, but I cant seem to get there. If I don't have someone who helps me figuring this out, I never will!
2. A budget plan
3. Weekly reporting on the budget plan, monthly outgoings and incomings
4. Help with Keeping Quickbooks in check and is willing to learn how Expensify works (so I can keep track of my restaurants bills, etc)
Long-term experience in bookkeeping, passion for numbers and order and checklists. Any time zone is fine. Start: as soon as possible. Expected time - maybe some more hours in the first month - like 6-12 hours a month until the end of the year and until we are all set up, then I don't expect it to be more than 4 hours a month.
About me: I am actually still working as consultant for an international tech company, but I am starting a company myself in April and want to reach 6 figure income by the end of this year. Ambitious but not impossible. But that won't happen if I keep on not having the flow and the overview I need. At the moment my accounts are all a bit muddled up. But with your help I will sort this out.
