I’m in need of someone who knows Twilio, specifically their API, at the highest level. An expert that can easily help pull and push data in and out of Twilio. In addition, this person needs to have a strong knowledge of SMS, both inside Twilio and in general.
The project is to help me optimize an existing platform. Some of the key items are:
- Pulling in reporting and cost by various items – phone number, Message Service ID, SIP look-up, inbound/outbound SMS, outgoing voice/IVR. All these and more broken down by Day and by Campaign ID in our system.
- Best practice for sending outbound SMS using TFN’s. If you don’t know what TFN means, please don’t apply. Helping us optimize our current outbound SMS setup with a primary sub-account, TFNs and Message IDs…alongside our internal various like message variation ID.
- Help come up with a good way to automate our Customer usage. We only use for internal company purposes now, but we do offer various software solutions to Customers. This will be one of them.
