I have a single member LLC that was formed in Pennsylvania to hold real estate rental property. I sold that property last month (at a loss). I have had this LLC for almost two years and have established a business credit account that I would like to keep and continue in a different type of business (retail). Instead of dissolving that PA LLC and start fresh with a new one, I wanted to see if it would be cost effective to transfer that PA LLC where I currently live, Nevada (less taxes). Also, to change the primary business from real estate to retail/e-commerce sales.
Side note - I also have another Nevada LLC up for e-commerce-- if that could help in the re-structure of the transfering LLC from PA. Looking for advice the most sensible, cost-effective, taxwise stradegy.
