I am looking for someone to project manage through the final steps of our new website rollout and updates over the coming months, as well as ancillary marketing and marketing-related projects as directed by my marketing lead. Initially this is a part-time role which I believe should require between 5 and 15 hours per week for a well-organized person. To begin with however we may need 20, possibly 30 hours for the first week or two, as we work our way through organizing what we have and where we are now.
On our small team we have, we have strategy fully covered, but we have a weak spot in execution management (ie. project management).
What we’re doing:
We are about to launch a private travel membership website and eventual lifestyle brand. We are setting things up remotely because we are travellers.
We are ultimately looking for a long-term team player and will use the initial scope of work as a sort of ‘trial’ to establish whether you fit into our team.
The two guys you’ll primarily be working fit the visionary description from Geno Wickman’s Traction: The EOS System to a T, and we are missing an integrator.

Lots of great things to, and we can execute - we just need someone to help us keep it all organised and moving.

What we need:
Your primary job will be to manage our Trello board and delegate tasks to the various team members, both in-house and outsourced. We are setting our whole operation to be run remotely, and we use both Skype and Slack.
You must be able to have your hands around a variety of ongoing projects, and fit new ones in as we add them. We are a small team but like having a lots of things moving simultaneously.

The ideal profile of whom we are looking for is:
- Female - sorry fellas but we have too many guys at the moment
- You have remote working experience, and you know how to be effective on your own
- You are proactive and always looking for the next step in what needs to happen to move towards our milestones.
- You are reasonably adept with most of the tools and technology we work with, and are willing to learn the ones you aren’t
- You are organised, efficient, and have a mind for systems
- You grasp overall objectives well and are a master of breaking things down to actionable steps, complete with milestones and accountabilities
- You can prioritise among a number of varied and ongoing projects
- You are detail-oriented, as a personality type
- You can manage an effective QA process (web)
