Need a fix for Wordpress Awesome Support Ticket Help Desk Plugin.
Ticket responses are not sorting/threading newest to oldest when responding to ticket email.
Please note: Server where hosted is in US (and Customers are in Thailand which is different calendar system and time zone.
May just be needing to convert the tickets to GMT+7 (Bangkok time zone) but I don’t know the settings for this or how to do it.
