I am looking to hire somebody to assist me with getting some remote SIP devices (Grandstream phones and X-Lite) to connect to an Asterisk (PBX In A Flash) server from remote locations.

The Good:
Server is up and running (from, main trunk is connected and incoming calls are successfully being routed to voicemail.

The Bad:
We have several remote users that will be connecting from around the world (US, Canada, Australia) and they will be using either a Grandstream VOIP phones or X-Lite. They will be using regular DSL/Cable modem type connection and will not have access to change any settings on the modems.

Currently I cannot get X-Lite to connect to the PIAF server from my location or from one of the other locations. I need somebody who can use Teamviewer to check settings on my end and then check server settings and help troubleshoot the problem, and come up with a solution that can work at these multiple locations.

I am hoping this will not take longer than one day to resolve.

Please respond if you are interested and I will contact you back.
