We are The Haz Mat Guys and we run a weekly podcast that gets uploaded to a WordPress website. The website was built a little over a year ago and has performance issues ever since we took it over. We no longer work with the team that created our website because we did not feel they did a great job. When they left, they didn't give us any information about how they built the site.
We're looking for someone that can help us fix some of the issues we're currently having (i.e. 404 redirect errors for some of our users when they try to log in, etc.). But we're also looking for someone that can help us better optimize our entire site. While we have some experience with basic coding and WordPress, since we didn't develop the website on our own and don't have access to the person that did, we don't feel comfortable playing around with the plugins, etc.
What we're looking for:
1. Fix current errors on the site.
2. Do a review of the website and identify additional problems with optimization and performance.
3. Fix all backend errors so the site functions properly.
4. Provide us with information about changes that are made so we have a better understanding of what's going on!
Basically, we don't know what we don't know - we just know something's not right with this site, and we hope you can help us fix it! Thank you.
