I need to clean a few things up in my Quickbooks Online Account.
I bought property with downpayment from HELOC. Rehabbed with HELOC funds. Then refinanced cash out and used that money for downpayment on another property. I have most of these transactions in my business account - but loans aren't all set up.
I need these transactions correctly set up in my quickbooks online account - leaving the fixed assets on the rehabs that are associated with property.
I'd also like help setting up some "real estate" driven reports (cashflow after expenses and interest, profit and loan paydown, etc).
I am looking for a mix of experience and value
