Currently, this Customer Service Specialist would address customer emails sent to the official support email. The most common customer inquiries include:
-Tracking status updates
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for:
-Using sound judgment in responding to customer complaints
-Tracking customer orders across a number of tracking sites (USPS, 17track, AfterShip)
-Relaying tracking information to customer using email template
-Checking the status of the customer's order on AliExpress, Shopify
-Modifying orders are requested by the customer
-Answering basic questions about the product
We may hire more than one person for this position.
Hours are flexible. Eastern Standard Time (EST) preferred.
