Most real estate text sucks. For example, here's what a client wrote yesterday.
"A very nice split level, bright and spacious in the heart of Beacon Hill. A beautiful place for your family. Easy access to all amenities: train, buses, parks, schools, pools and tennis courts. Easy access to Hwy. 20 and 40. Many renovations and updates over the years. A pleasure to show."
To me this is completely useless.
I need someone to take this text and make it great! In order to do that I can provide you with a video of the property like this
As well as a list of pertinent facts about the property. I can also give you any other insider information you may need.

I wrote this. Is it perfect? Probably not. It's better than what the agents give me. But I'm also the photographer, videographer and web site designer, so I don't have time for the text.
