I need a extremely professional and reliable book keeper / business manager to help manage our business finances and help grow the company.
These are some of the responsibilites needed:
Monthly Income/ Expenses Reports
***Bi Weekly Mandatory Skype Calls to review godaddy income and expenses, and any other transaction not recored by godaddy.
Manage inventory levels & keep track of profit / loss for each product
Keep tracking of year beginning and yearend inventory levels
Help organize business finances
Pre-pare for yearly taxes including track all home office expenses (e.i electricity, gas, home insurance, property taxes, internet/phone/tv, maintenance) ***Yearly Taxes info is due into our accountant by no later then End of May each year. Actual cut off for Canadian business taxes is June 15.
Manage forms and filings for taxes
Talk to our accountant for any tax issues
Manage investor repayments and monthly reports
Research and create new and better system to help run business
Document, create written and video tutorials, of all your duties and responsibilities to train future employees.
