I will need following 3 things as paid test:
a)-go on the website http://www.smallbizorg.com and write a 1-2 page report about it covering what it offers, what do you think about the idea overall, what do you like about the website, what is it that you don't like about the website, how would you go about improving and marketing it (both what should the overall message be to the clients and what channels would you use, both online and offline). Include ideas of how to monetize it, what kind of services and products targeted to small business owners do you think would make sense to be offered.
(to note that the website is currently under construction and the graphics will be re-designed.)
b)1 -2 pagers on the topic of "management 101" that explains in simple terms the different areas of professional business management (strategy, marketing, operations, finance and hr) - what they mean and why are they important. This should be done in a way that a small business owner would find useful, relevant to them and directly applicable.
c) an email sales letter that can be sent to targeted audience (entrepreneurs, small business owners from independent contractors to mlm moms to small businesses having up to 10 employees).
If you do good in this paid test job then you will get permanent job for the next 1-2 months to write articles for the website content.
I will be paying $1 for 100-300 words $1.5 for 350-550 words, $2 for 600-700 and $3 for 800-1000 words.
