Needs to hire 2 Freelancers

We are seeking two VA's that can keep up with our busy pace. We are real estate info marketers and are launching several courses over the next year. We need VA's that have the following skills, or the ability to find people with these skills, so that the jobs get done right every time. Please do not apply unless you meet this entire criteria. It's very important that we hire the right people from the beginning.

Skills & Requirements:
Wordpress: Needs to know how to keep it updates, install plugins, optimize it for SEO, handle domains, eliminate spam and bad links, keep the site updated esthetically
SEO: Need to know how to research keywords, plan and execute strategic marketing PPC & blog campaigns based around specific keywords, create good backlinks, comment on other relevant blogs in a non-spammy way
Data Research: List building, compiling links we may need, hunting information down etc
Editing & Proofing Documents on Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Acrobat, Photoshop (basic knowledge), Lightroom (not a deal breaker but a huge plus), Illustrator.
Knowing how to find other QUALIFIED professionals to handle tasks
Social media: Managing our Facebook, You Tube, Google Plus, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram accounts.  
Basic Content Creation, drip campaign creation and implementation: We need to be able to give you topics and you create content based around that to include on our social media pages,  ghost writing, sales copy writing (a huge plus but not a deal breaker)
Infusionsoft: Need to have basic knowledge of how this system works. Handle our lists, emails and contacts in here ,set up html email campaigns and work flow. set up contact forms and Landing page creation and management
PPC campaign management: Google and Facebook
Transcribing voice to text
Outsourcing: Anything that we can't do needs to be outsourced to GOOD people who know how to do it. You must know how to use programs like Odesk and Elance and how to qualify people for the job.
