I am a personal trainer, I would like to have a qualified dietician develop specific meal plans for my clients based on their individual goals. It must include:
- A brief overview of healthy eating, calories, BMR, description of the plan itself etc (1 - 2 pages).
- One day Meal plan based on a healthy balanced approach to weight loss, hypertrophy, etc depending on the individual's goals.
- list of substitute meals to put into meal plan
Applicant must have a bachelors degree in nutrition/ dietetics and be able to write in fluent english.
This must be appropriate for a western diet as all clients live in Brisbane, Australia.
