We are a small IT consulting and computer repair company looking for a responsible, tech savvy virtual receptionist to join our team. Working remotely, the virtual assistant will organize and update files, answer calls that: schedule appointments, provide status updates, take payments, and return callls.
The ideal candidate should be tech savvy, able to communicate in fluent/native English, very friendly and upbeat and super organized.
- Reliably answer phone calls

We perfer someone on the east coast or at least can reliably provide support between the hours of 8am and 12 noon EST. This is paid hourly, and not for the time you are on call, but just the time you are on the phone/ actively doing work such as writing an email/scheduling...etc for the company. We are very small and don’t get a lot of call volume. Probably about 5 calls a day. Multiple missed calls per week are unacceptable.
