We are a Canadian based company that help vacation rental property owners & hotels list their properties across multiple booking channels including Expedia, Booking.com, Homeaway, Airbnb & setup their account on hotel property management software.
We are looking for skilled, experienced customer success representative to:
- Demonstrate property managers how to use our property management software
- Help them list their properties across multiple booking channels
- Provide on-going support (zoom, tickets, chats)
- Automate the daily routines
- Handle guest communications by phone, SMS & chat
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION (BOTH VERBAL & WRITTEN)
- EXPERIENCE IN THE VACATION RENTAL/HOTEL BUSINESS (MIN 1 YEAR)
- FAST GRASP OF TECHNOLOGY (TECHNICAL BACKGROUND A PLUS)
- EXPERIENCE USING PROPERTY & CHANNEL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE (MIN 1 YEAR)
- CUSTOMER SUCCESS ORIENTED & DRIVEN
- SELF-STARER TRAIT IS A MUST
* can easily understand and follow complicated guidelines and instructions

* internet research and navigation skills
* availability of at least 25 hours per week
