We are looking for a very friendly, helpful, professional and patient person to provide customer service support for a range of online products and communities in the personal development market.
You will be answering questions and resolving customers' complaints and issues using live chat, zoho email and via Facebook, so proven significant experience in those areas is a must.
You will be meticulous about ensuring the confidentiality and security of people's information, great at solving problems and have impeccable written English skills. You will also be highly trustworthy.
An understanding of the personal development market and experience of customer service for Clickbank products would be an advantage.
This role is intended to provider out of hours cover and backup for our on-site Customer Service Specialist in NZ. You will need to have great communication with this person, such as asking questions and getting clear on what needs to be done and how.
You must be available to cover US time zones.
Initially as a trial, this will be 1 hour per day for 7 days, responding to questions and issues and sending notes to our on-site CS person.
If the trial works out, it could lead to ongoing permanent work providing CS cover outside of our office hours.
