We are looking to hire a VA, at first it will just be on a temporary basis but could lead to a full time opportunity if everything works out.
At first the primary need we have is help in systematizing processes and procedures we use to run the business. This will primarily involve watching screen capture videos we create of ourselves doing our work and then you would be making a step by step guide with images, descriptions, arrows, numbers etc... What we need is documentation we can give to new and current employees on how to perform all the tasks necessary for our business. We call these documents SOP's that stands for Standard Operating Procedures.
The other tasks would be similar but it would be watching 3rd party internet marketing videos and creating step by step guides or SOP's based on the training. This will save our employees time from having to watch long videos and they can just read the guides you create and start implementing tactics right away or get a summary of the high level concepts from these trainings.
Next if the job is ongoing we may hire you to do some tasks in the business using SOP's as guides. We provide all of the training and software necessary and will work with you until you understand what needs to be done.
All qualified applicants will have experience bing a Virtual Assistant and can read, understand and speak good English. Speaking is necessary as we may have you do phone calls to certain vendors or make appointments over the phone at a later time.
