This is a full time position of 40+ hours per week - hours will be based on Australian time - 9:00am-11.30pm Monday - Friday (hours may vary). Our initial training rate will be US$2.00 p/h and then we will increase this based on performance and reliability.
The ideal assistant is positive, energetic, and excited about learning and working. This position has potential for future growth. The candidate must have EXCELLENT English skills (both typing and general grammar).
This is a varied role, however the central focus is based around providing live online customer service to our customers of the highest standard.
Good knowledge of IT supplies & consumables is preferable, as this is our business.
Personal VA Qualifications
1. Must have a strong work ethic and desire to do their best
2. Must be willing to learn new skills and procedures
3. Must work Australian time after 3.00pm and be flexible.
4. Have access to Skype chat & video calling
5. EXCELLENT English spelling skills and a good typist for answering 30+ emails per day
6. Ability to update & organize information each day in Microsoft Excel
7. Experience with all levels of customer service
