I am looking to hire an operations specialist with customer service experience.
I teach live personal and spiritual development programs over the phone and sell recorded programs, as well. I also have a network of practitioners whom I have certified in our system, some of whom sell private sessions through one of my websites.
Here is what the role would include…
Strong email communication and customer support skills, and specifically, someone with knowledge of Infusionsoft, since this is the software I use for emails and commerce. (Infusionsoft experience is not required, but MUST be willing to learn fast.)
We receive between 10 and 50 emails each week with basic customer support needs - people who can't find a link to a recording, billing issues, questions about program dates and things like that.
Once or twice per year, we lead a free program for a 3,000-5,000 people or more, and during those periods we might receive 10 - 50 emails per day for a week or two.
Assisting the marketing team with various tasks including: organizing data in spreadsheets, cross checking data between various platforms, and other various small tasks.
We are looking for someone hourly part time to start who can step in and be effective from day one who does not need to be micro managed, you must be a self starter who takes initiatives into their own hands.
