We are a fast paced equipment rental company who is seeking for a full time energetic, enthusiastic and experienced worker. The candidate will be responsible for the daily order processing, reservations and scheduling, weekly collection calls, maintaining clean accounting to ensure accurate reporting, customer service, general office duties, inventory control, and dealing with new business opportunities that come about. Personality must be easy-going and must be able to adapt to changing, fast paced environments... no attitude, bad language or drama. Must be organized, detail oriented, with excellent verbal and written skills. Strong candidate will be familiar with Skype for interview, must screen share which requires training.

Great English skills.
Must have strong internet access.
Take down customer information.
Process orders.
Excellent listening skills.
Answering phones through online system (we will provide).
Input, update and maintain accurate information..
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Problem solving and strong attention to detail.
Strong computer skills.
Must have knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
Must type minimum of 35 words per minute.
Ability to multitask.
Must have great math, spelling, and grammar skills.
Must have the ability to make quick sound decisions in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
