We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Outbound Lead Generation Specialist.
Our company is aimed at unifying IT companies from the region of Latin America through technology and networking , and facilitating the collaboration of both the private and public sectors in training, English skills and best practices, so as to improve regional competitively and streamlined insertion into the US market through the use of break-through technologies.
We also offer a service which helps providers in the region of Latin America market their services to companies in the United States.
-Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to gain their interest in speaking in greater detail with a specialist, then setting up and confirming the follow-up call.
-Estimated 150-200 outbound calls per day.
-Basic product and/or service knowledge and confidence working both with and without a script.
-Independently manage daily workload to meet daily goals and deadlines.
-Team player - a positive contributor to the team effort.
-Ability to speak in an effective and efficient manner to represent customer products and/or service within company guidelines and client expectations.
- Excellent Internet connection and headset (we have a calling system which you can use for making calls)
-At least 1 year of successful sales experience required.
-Outbound call center experience is a plus.
-Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
-Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
-Keen ability to provide scripted responses.
-Effective verbal and listening skills.
-Ability to function effectively, independently and in a team environment.
Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm EST, NO weekends required
