Create a PCB Layout and create all related footprints in either Mentor Graphics PADS or Cadence Allegro from a completed OrCAD Capture schematic. The OrCAD schematic files, board dimensions, hole placement, and a rough sketch of part placement will be provided. Upon project completion, all files, including all library files, will be sent to us.
The PCB will be 4 layers and will contain about 120 parts which are mostly 0805 surface mount capacitors and resistors. The largest part is a 44 pin microprocessor and the most detailed design area will be the power supply circuit.
This project will be completed in 2 steps. First we will receive the parts placement layout for us to verify. After part placement is approved, then board routing will be completed. Once board routing is approved, all created files will be emailed to us.
