This is a personal assistant position.

Time management and communication are core in this position.
We are really looking for someone who has previous experience, working side by side with founder/small business etc. someone who can work on site as well as remotely.
We seek someone who is MOTIVATED and works well as a team player AND independently. Someone who is a star and really strives to get the job done.
You must be organized, a multi tasker, fast-learner, computer literate in Microsoft office, word, excel and the Internet, general office experience a plus! Be friendly, outgoing, punctual, creative, eager to learn- and grow.
Most of all be comfortable on the phone and under pressure.
Founder is extremely busy--working on multiple projects, Days are dynamic, and it is imperative that the successful candidate be flexible, able to juggle shifting priorities, and remain focused and be calm.
Work ethic, follow through, detail orientation and a strong capacity for independent thought are critical. The successful candidate will be asked to exercise their good judgment to make decisions independent of the founder so self confidence and a good moral compass will be key.
Candidate should have a valid license, reliable transportation and current insurance.
