Looking for a Bi-lingual English/French Personal Assistant to help me manage my daily schedule, as well as various personal and administrative tasks, including: answering phone, making price quotes, invoicing, correspondence, administration (business and personal). Other occasional tasks include project management, market research, web research, customer support, running errands.

The hours needed are 9am – 6pm EST, Monday through Friday, with occasional off-hours availability. If you are good, and I'm happy, this may evolve into a full-time office position.


- Great Personality, people person
- Strong phone communication skills.
- Quick learner.
- Well organized, great follow-up, does not drop the ball.
- Good computer skills (Internet, E-mail, Word, Excel, Google, Skype, etc.)
- Good writing skills (E-mail, letters)
- Fast responsiveness
- You need to have a very good internet connection and Skype.
