I am looking for a personal assistant with the following criteria:
- Hours: 2-3 hours per day / 5 days per week
- Description: Extracting names of companies from reports and summarizing in excel worksheet, organizing contacts, finding contact information from company websites, booking restaurants, and other miscellaneous tasks
- Language: Must have good English skills.
- Communication: Would like to be able to discuss tasks on the phone if required; email will be used primarily but I would like to have the phone option
I am looking for someone who pays close attention to detail and with whom I can develop a long term relationship.
