We are looking for a PA who is able to help us

1) maintain our company's real estate listings on our website by updating it.
2) type out contracts and agreements
3) data mining and web search
4) cold calling
5) schedule our appointments
6) reply our mails
7) sending out invoices
8) design flyers/brochures
9) and other personal assistant duties

Micosoft office skills necessary, good typing skills, basic knowledge of graphics editing. Basic internet marketing skills is a plus. Able to work systematically and without much supervision. Initiative is important as well. Understanding real estate industry will be good but not necessary.

Looking to start pay at $2.50 or so per hour. Working hours at 3 hours a day from Mondays to Fridays. Long term employment expected.

Working hours strictly starts from 10am to 2pm Philippines time.
