I am looking for a mix of experience and value


My work is developing to a point where a virtual assistant is now needed to help me manage many personal tasks and items that I am working towards deadlines. A great personal assistant would be able to help juggle, remind, anticipate and proactively get ahead of issues especially if he or she is familiar with coordinating appointments on behalf of others, managing schedules, taking note of personal calendar dates and has a good ability to help with some of the documentation in powerpoint, excel or word from verbal notes or basic notes. I need a few hours (up to 4) a day to start but this can be increased if the person has a professional demeanor and can expand their responsibilities in a helpful and creative way.
