I am looking for an Personal/Administrative Assistant to help me manage my business. I currently run several online businesses as well as a photography business.
Tasks include invoicing, customer service, web research, data entry (some basic excel reporting), managing CRM system, managing sales pipeline, social media management, execution of marketing campaigns and newsletters in infusionsoft, setting up sales funnels and integrating software in kajabi, optimizepress and customerhub.
Must be proficient in Infusionsoft and be able to execute marketing campaigns and monitor results.
Hours are flexible however emails need to be checked and responded to daily.
You need to be able to speak, read, and write perfect English (native speaker preferred, but not required). You must also be familiar with the following software: Infusionsoft, Basecamp, Kajabi, optimizepress, paypal/payflow pro, wordpress, grosocial.
We do use another software in our photography business Shootq, however I do not expect you to know this but you must be willing to learn this program quickly.
