Make sure I’m sticking to the plan by writing my schedule, notifying me of impending deadlines, programming alerts into my calendar, and notifying me of progress on personal and career milestones.
Examples: sending me a text notifying me I am approaching my limit for personal or career meetings for the week, notifying me that I need to catch up on work tasks mid week, if I haven’t made a preset amount of progress; deciding what time commitments I make based on goals, make preliminary decisions when I'm focused an higher priority tasks, travel logistics and itineraries, etc.

Onboarding, what you can expect:
Independent assessment 1 skill at a time
No pay trial and back pay for successful trial period equal to compensation below
Your work compared to mine. You’re expected to be better than me.
Hold period: You are waiting for other candidates to join you in the next round of interviews.
Flush period: You are moved to the next round of interviews.
Filter period: You are politely moved out of the onboarding process because I cannot fulfill your job requirements or moved to Flush cohort
You get to keep the job and will be paid for onboarding time upon hire
$100/ month up to $100/ week, onboarding $5 per skill assessed
Abide by the scheduling rules for my calendar. We’ll go over these through the onboarding process. They tend to change overtime, so if you are someone that agonizes over structure and order, avoid the hassle and don’t apply
Provide evidence for your decisions such that I may “pull the string” if I have questions on how you arrived to your conclusions (links or keywords for search don’t count toward overall report limit).
Only make decisions that:
Optimize my schedule to the rules
Notify me of closing schedule limitations
Notify me of nearing resource, such as, financial limitations
Notify me of decisions exceeding a weekly budget
You must have a weekly update call with me for 1 hour and share your progress.
