Phone Interviewer Required for Placements in Premium Education Industry Roles (HR Recruiting Role).
Our company is looking for an experienced North American person to conduct phone interviews via Skype for our applicants located around the world.
The ideal candidate must;
-be fluent in English,
-have some teaching experience,
-has call center experience,
-be able to build rapport quickly
-demonstrate a commitment to quality
-possess an excellent phone demeanour.
Call center experience is a plus.
You will be provided with everything required to conduct interviews effectively: training material, interview lists, Skype access and candidate tracking forms. Further, you will be provided with documentation detailing steps to take after the interview is complete.
Interviews will be specific to teaching jobs and will take on average 20 minutes to complete.
